My name is Richard Mountain. I wear many hats in the course of a day:

I am a software manager and project manager with over 10 years experience. I have directed teams ranging in size from 5 to 30 people, consisting of developers, translators, QA, sales, web designers, and researchers. I have a lot of experience taking a product from the negotiation phase with customers through to final delivery to the customer site. I have managed teams remotely and have supervised several teams that I have brought in from India. I also have my PMP (Project Management Certification).

I am also a software and website developer, writer (technical and article). I have also worked both as a customer support engineer and a qa (quality assurance) engineer.
